I have an HP here with a hard drive in it by such and such company. They state it is warranted for three years, but that you will back the warranty since it came in your machine.
Response: Our machines are warranted for 1 year, which includes the parts. Your machine is 13 months old, and out of warranty. We discounted the cost of our computer by $40 to allow for shorter warranty on the hard drive. Sorry.
